Charcuterie Boards
We recommend placing your charcuterie board order at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and adequate preparation time.
Large Events & Grazing Tables
For custom grazing tables or large-scale events, we suggest booking 2 to 3 months in advance.
Brides are encouraged to reserve as soon as they book their venue—even up to a year in advance—for a smooth planning experience and seamless coordination with the venue.
Specialty Stations
For setups like the beverage cart, candy station, or dessert table, please make your reservation at least 3 weeks ahead.
Note: All bookings are subject to date availability. Early reservations are always recommended.

At The Saffron Strand, our charcuterie tables are thoughtfully and generously arranged to serve your entire guest list. While we do not automatically include replenishment portions, additional servings can be arranged in advance. All quantities and special requests are finalized at the time of booking to ensure there’s more than enough for everyone to enjoy.
Yes, our grazing tables are designed for self-service. If you’d like a server to assist with replenishing or presentation during the event, we can provide staff for an additional fee starting at $50/hour.
Yes! Most orders include bamboo picks, cheese knives, honey dippers, and wooden scoops to complement the order you choose.
For charcuterie boards, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
For grazing tables and specialty stations—including candy, dessert, or beverage carts—we require at least two to three weeks’ notice.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Yes, The Saffron Strand is fully licensed, insured, and certified in safe food handling.
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Yes, bookings made less than 7 days in advance (if availability permits) are subject to a 20% rush fee.
The catering deposit is non-refundable.
We recommend all setups and displays be done indoors. Outdoor events are also accepted; however, we are not responsible for any weather-related issues.
Yes, we offer local catering delivery in New Jersey, New York, and surrounding states. Delivery fees vary based on location and order size.
BASIC DELIVERY CHARGES:
• 1- 15 miles : $50
• 15 - 30 mile : $75
• 31 - 45 miles : $95
• 46 - 100 miles : $150
* Setup charges also vary with the order size, starting from $200+.
